Why did the US lose in Vietnam?

After world war II north Vietnam become communist and want to take south Vietnam that was non communism. USA president do not like the idea that south vietnam become communist and also he was afraid about the domino theory. The goverment support the south govermentand also a man that was a cruel and horrible dictator the only thing is that he was not communist. USA don’t have a clear purpose for fighting in the war.

United States have a problem, they don’t want that other countries become communist but they were treated unfairly the women’s, African Americans and the minorities that don’t have rights. Why people is going to support that war? First of all a lot of the American people were fighting for their rights and also a lot of racism is going on.

Vietnam want to become independent and they were fighting more to death. They accept all of loses only to get their liberty. In United States sart to lose support by the people, because the war was of 9 years. Also they kill civilians and they don’t have any idea who the enemy were. The American public don’t like the idea of a lot of soldiers were dying with no reason. We lose the war because we don’t have a good reason to fight.

In conclusion we lose because we lose people support. The media was with the soldiers and show the Tet Offensive battle. Also only poor men were fighting in the front lines of the war. That led the pople protest against the war and forced the goverment to stop the war against Vietnam. Vietnam was fighting for independence but us only for power.
